Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Paid & Organic).
Location: Hyderabad
Mode: work from office (6 days per week).

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with 35 years of experience across paid and organic social media on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will manage high-performing ad campaigns while also building a strong organic presence that grows engagement, trust, and brand recall.
This role blends performance marketing with storytellingsomeone who understands both how ads convert and how content connects.
Key Requirements:
- 35 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, and Business Suite
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing
- Good understanding of organic social media strategy and content planning
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Paid Media Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
- Execute campaigns for brand awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives
- Build audience segments using interests, behaviours, custom audiences, and lookalikes
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimise for CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
- Ensure proper campaign structure, naming conventions, and tracking (UTMs, pixels, events)
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams and agencies to brief and evaluate creatives
Organic Social Media Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Facebook & Instagram aligned with business goals
- Create, curate, and publish engaging organic posts (static, carousel, reels, stories)
- Collaborate with design and content teams to brief creatives for organic needs
- Write clear, compelling captions aligned with brand voice
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; ensure timely and professional responses
- Track organic performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimise content based on insights
- Identify content trends, formats, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant
- Support campaign launches by aligning organic storytelling with paid media pushes
- Maintain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all social channels
