JOB SUMMARY

AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation – plays a critical role in helping organisations reimagine the future of work through the application of agentic AI.

This role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise.

Blending expertise from change management, learning, communications, and transformation, the AI Adoption & Workforce Transformation Senior Manager will design and deliver impactful experiences that help organisations transition from traditional work models to AI-enabled, human-centric operating models.

What we are looking for:

Change Management leaders with strong AI Adoption or workforce transformation expertise having proven success in large scale adoption of Copilot or an enterprise SaaS products

Excellent communicators with strong hold on comms artifacts (like emails, newsletters town halls), engaging with people. They also need to be well versed with artifacts like:

1. Change impact analysis
2. Training needs analysis
3. Change plan / strategy
4. 
   People transformation strategy
5. User guides

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Transformation Leadership:
• Lead client engagements focused on reimagining work, identifying opportunities to redesign roles, workflows, and operating models using agentic AI.
• Adoption & Change Strategy:
• Design and implement comprehensive adoption strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows, ensuring sustained behaviour change and measurable impact.
• Workforce Redesign:
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to help clients rethink how work gets done — shifting from task-based execution to AI-augmented, outcome-driven models.
• Client Engagement & Storytelling:
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business leaders and employees, enabling understanding and buy-in.
• Learning & Capability Building:
• Develop and deliver training, enablement programs, and experiential learning journeys to equip employees with the skills needed for the future of work.
• Program Delivery:
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery of business outcomes.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Continuously refine methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks for workforce transformation and AI adoption.

MANDATORY SKILLS

• Strong experience in organizational change, transformation, or workforce enablement
• Ability to facilitate senior-level workshops and drive strategic discussions
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills
• Experience designing and delivering learning or adoption programs
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Ability to translate emerging technologies (especially AI) into business value
• High adaptability in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience in industry, consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation is a plus
