We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Sirion CLM to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryna (IN-HR), India (IN).

Role Overview

The Business Analyst - Sirion CLM will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes. The role involves configuring and supporting the Sirion platform, driving contract digitization initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions for CLM processes (Buy-side/Sell-side contracts).
• Analyze current contract management processes and recommend improvements.
• Configure and support Sirion CLM modules including:
• Contract Authoring & Template Management
• Clause Library Management
• Workflow & Approvals
• Obligation & Milestone Tracking
• Performance Monitoring & Compliance
• Reporting & Dashboards
• Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and solution designs.
• Manage contract migration and digitization projects.
• 
  Coordinate integrations between Sirion and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Procurement tools).
• Support UAT, testing cycles, defect management, and user training.
• Develop and maintain documentation: BRD, process flows, test cases, SOPs.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Sirion platform configuration and implementation.
• Experience in contract authoring, redlining, clause libraries, workflows, and obligation tracking.
• Knowledge of contract compliance, risk management, and performance tracking.
• Experience in system integrations (APIs, web services, SSO).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in conducting UAT and managing business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale CLM transformation or migration projects.
• Knowledge of legal, procurement, and vendor management processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
