We are currently seeking a Application Support & Maintenance - Healthcare Provider - Clinical EHR/EMR Specialist to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Visage PACS Application Support Engineer

Role Summary:

Provide application support for Visage PACS and integrated radiology workflows, ensuring smooth image flow, study/order association, worklist availability, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for Visage PACS and radiology applications.
• Support end-to-end Epic/RIS → Modality → Visage → PowerScribe workflow.
• Troubleshoot missing studies, images, orders, and radiologist worklist issues.
• Resolve study/order association and Quality Assurance (QA) issues.
• Troubleshoot DICOM Send/Receive, image routing, import, and transfer issues.
• Investigate HL7 order/interface issues and coordinate message re-triggering when required.
• Support incorrect patient/study/image associations and image reassignment.
• Support Visage Study Browser, Worklists, QA, DICOM Jobs, and Control Panel.
• Troubleshoot user access and Active Directory group-related issues.
• Support incidents, requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with PACS, Epic/RIS, PowerScribe, interface, infrastructure, and Visage vendor teams.

This role requires work from office on all working days and shifts as per the 24x7 shift roster. The office location would be Noida, Bangalore or Hyderabad.
