Job Description
- As a Salesforce Experience Cloud + Service Cloud Developer at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India, you will be responsible for developing applications on Salesforce.com and ensuring efficient Agile Development practices. Your role will involve utilizing your strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Your familiarity with Accountability, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will be key in your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications on Salesforce.com
- Utilize Agile Development methodologies
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Utilize Service Cloud skills such as Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal deployment using Flosum
- Demonstrate advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, and configuring Salesforce Flow
- Engage in custom Salesforce.com development including Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages/Components, Visualforce Emails, Community/Experience Cloud Components, and utilizing CSS and JavaScript for customization
- Integrate Salesforce.com with third-party systems and troubleshoot as needed
- Utilize intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, and Permission Sets
- Utilize web technologies such as HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Possess troubleshooting skills and experience in Object-Oriented programming languages like Java or C#
- Obtain Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended)
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing applications on Salesforce.com
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced-level proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs

- Experience in web technologies and troubleshooting skills
- Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended)
