With record attrition during the pandemic, we are now in an era of workplace upheaval. Employees are not employees. About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Build services and platforms that power Numans


• Work on small and frequent code contributions to the product


• Improve the performance and reliability of our product or polish existing features


• Build internal tools to support simplicity and productivity for the whole team


• Work on open-sourcing any non-trivial innovations that come out of our work on the product

Who Can Apply

• A good understanding of computer science fundamentals


• Basic knowledge of terminal and git


• Basic coding skills (we don't expect you to be an expert yet, but you should have solved an interesting problem or two with code already)



• Some experience working with programming languages like Javascript, Typescript, Python, etc.


• Excellent communication skills


• Organized, focused on solutions, and not afraid to ask questions


• Tinkled around with any of these JS frameworks; React, Node, Nest, and Next


• Knowledge about GraphQL Ecosystem, Apollo, MongoDB, etc.
