Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Services Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the international market. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, high confidence, and the ability to consistently drive revenue growth. This role is focused solely on end-to-end sales, achieving targets, and managing global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Present, promote and sell IT products/software development and designing services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
* Lead and manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract closure.
* Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships.
* Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in USA, Australia, Europe, UK, and New Zealand.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities based on market trends and competitor analysis.
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails and various online marketplaces like LinkedIn etc and digital channels.
* Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and IT market research.
* Good connects with small/medium-sized IT companies to create partnership models.
* Proven track record of working with ISVs and small/medium IT companies in the international market.
* Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
* Good exposure with Small/medium-sized companies to generate requirements.
* Worked in the Staff Augmentation Model domestic and international.
* Good familiarity with CRM tools & sales automation platforms.
* Knowledge of AI tools helping in automating processes and speeding up work.

* Exposure in participating in events / working in events as a back-end coordinator.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Self-driven with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
* Proven track record of success in IT services sales, with documented achievements in revenue generation.
* Excellent communication skills with strong confidence in client-facing situations.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills with a high level of confidence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Mandatory experience handling clients in the USA, Australia, Europe, UK, and New Zealand markets.
* Must be able to share relevant references.
* Able to clearly explain strategies for promoting offshore sales models and addressing language or communication constraints.
* Good to have a passport.
