Job Description

  • Insurance A/R Specialist US Healthcare RCM

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Experience Required: 1 - 2 years
  • Salary: 3L6L a year
  • Location: Indore | Work from Office
  • Experience: 12 years
  • Shift: Night (6:30 PM 3:00 AM / 7:00 PM 3:30 AM)
  • Joining: Immediate to 30 days
  • Key Requirements:
  • Experience in US healthcare insurance accounts receivable and claims follow-ups.
  • Ability to investigate unpaid/underpaid claims, denials and aging accounts.
  • Experience communicating with US insurance payers through calls or portals.
  • Knowledge of appeals, coordination of benefits and payer processes.
  • Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to SIS Complete, Waystar or ASC billing is an advantage.
  • Compensation: 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per year
