Role Overview
- We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Head to lead the global B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, and performance marketing across international markets including the US, UK, Australia, and Europe.
- This is a leadership role requiring strong people management, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive brand positioning and awareness across international markets
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to build effective go-to-market strategies
Content & Brand Marketing
- Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and thought leadership
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
- Strengthen brand credibility through strategic storytelling and industry visibility
SEO, Organic & Social Growth (B2B - Mandatory)
- Manage international B2B SEO strategy for US, UK, Australia, and European markets
- Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and inbound lead growth
- Oversee social media marketing to increase reach, engagement, and brand recall
Performance Marketing & Demand Generation:
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, events, and webinars for lead generation
- Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Track funnel performance, CPL, CAC, and campaign ROI; optimize strategies using data

- Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, analytics, and marketing automation
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and continuously improve efficiency and impact
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ marketing professionals
- Ensure creative consistency, operational efficiency, and high-quality execution across teams
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Digital / B2B/ B2C Marketing
- Proven experience managing 10+ team members
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on expertise in Digital Marketing Management
- Exposure to international SEO and B2B IT market
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Build scalable processes for consistent lead flow
