At Nuclei, we are building a workplace where ownership, curiosity, and growth are at the core of everything we do. As a Junior Finance Executive, you won’t just manage numbers, you will play a key role in building a strong financial backbone that enables us to scale confidently and sustainably.
What you’ll own:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining business finance reconciliations and reports across products.
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Zoho Books, ensuring entries are accurate and complete
- Handle statutory compliance across GST, TDS, TCS, EPF, Professional Tax, and MCA filings.
- Track receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve payment-related queries.
- Support the calculation and tracking of revenue, commissions, and marketing expenses based on reconciliation data.
- Maintain and update Excel trackers and financial records to ensure accuracy and visibility of financial data. You will also be responsible for preparation of MIS.
- Work with internal teams to identify and resolve reconciliation/accounting discrepancies.
- Help monitor payment and settlement processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in improving reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.
We are looking for:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance; articleship experience is a strong plus
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations) and hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- A sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for detail
- Clear, confident communication, both with internal teams and with clients on collections
- A self-starter mindset with hunger to learn, experiment, and take ownership beyond the obvious
- Someone who’s comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
