This role is for Isaga, a subsidiary of Nuclei and a profitable SaaS company.
Our group companies have worked with 20+ large banks, including HDFC, ICICI, and SBI, across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Today, Isaga works with 100+ startups across India, helping businesses get access to better pricing and benefits across their technology stack.
We are a small, ambitious team where you will get the opportunity to learn directly from experienced sales leaders and take ownership early.

What You'll Do
- You will own the early stages of the sales process.
- Research prospects through LinkedIn, company websites, and recent news to understand their business before reaching out.
- Make cold calls and start meaningful conversations with CFOs, CTOs, founders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Learn to sell through storytelling, rather than simply pitching a product.
- Understand the prospect's business, identify relevant problems, and communicate how our solution can help.
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales process.
- Work towards getting the key information required to move a deal forward, including consumption reports.
- Learn continuously. We expect everyone who joins us to read, learn, and get better. This is a fundamental part of how we succeed.
Who You Are
Excellent communicator — articulate, confident, and comfortable leading conversations that hold attention
Self-driven — you don’t wait for instructions; you figure things out and get things done
Structured and analytical — you think in systems and identify ways to improve
Target-oriented — love the thrill of hitting ambitious goals
Experience: 1–2 years in B2B SaaS or startup sales is ideal
Why This Role?
You'll learn how to research businesses, speak to senior decision-makers, understand business problems, tell a compelling story, and eventually own larger and more complex sales conversations.
Perform well, and you'll have the opportunity to grow into an Account Executive role and eventually into enterprise sales.
Nuclei and Isaga also offer opportunities across sales, partnerships, customer success, and other functions. If you spend 3-4 years here, perform well, and continue to grow, there is a genuine path towards enterprise sales.
