Numera is a fast-growing US-based financial services firm, delivering cutting-edge solutions across tax, accounting, payroll, and advisory. We are expanding our US Individual Taxation team and looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings).
- Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865.
- Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons.
- Represent clients in front of the IRS with POA when required.
What Were Looking For
- 812 years of US Individual Tax experience (with reviewer-level exposure).
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- EA Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in US shift (JanApr, SepOct); 2 PM 11 PM in off-season.
- Permanent Work from Office (Bangalore / Udupi).
