Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Regional Head to own end-to-end performance for an assigned region and drive business growth, operational excellence, and experience outcomes across the region. This is a high-ownership leadership role responsible for regional strategy, execution, team performance, and P&L delivery.
The role focuses on scaling regional operations, managing distributed teams within the region, improving funnel and cost efficiency (including CAC) controlling team attrition, and building a high-performance, execution-driven culture..
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Operations Management:
- Own and manage end-to-end operations for the assigned region.
- Lead distributed teams across the region and ensure consistent operational standards.
- Drive operational efficiency, service quality, and performance delivery across the region.
- Build and implement scalable processes, systems, and operational playbooks.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and execution excellence across regional operations (including multiple locations if applicable).
Business & Performance Ownership:
- Own regional revenue, performance, and operational targets.
- Own regional P&L and financial performance.
- Drive YoY growth while optimizing cost structures and improving Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Track and improve key metrics: revenue, CAC, productivity, efficiency, and outcomes.
- Optimize funnel performance and conversion efficiency.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product) to improve regional outcomes and acquisition efficiency.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Hire, coach, and develop regional leaders; build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Drive performance accountability and high-execution culture.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Profile:
- 8 + years of experience in sales, business leadership, operations leadership, or P&L roles with strong leadership exposure.
- Proven track record managing large inside sales teams and regional/distributed teams.
- Demonstrated experience owning P&L and driving revenue and business performance including CAC, conversion, productivity, and performance management.
- Experience building scalable operational processes, systems, and playbooks.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional execution capabilities.
- Data-driven decision-making with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to scale teams, processes, and outcomes.
