Currently, we are in the post-revenue generation phase and already work with 10+ enterprise clients, validating both our product-market fit and scalability.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of AI Product Development located in Bengaluru, with some work from home permitted. The role involves overseeing the development of AI products, managing a team of AI engineers, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring that AI solutions align with business goals. Daily tasks include leading AI research, development projects, and integrating advanced technologies such as pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision into the product suite.

?We are seeking a hands-on technology leader to drive both AI innovation and software product development at NYX. This role will combine deep expertise in generative AI models and AI agents with strong software engineering leadership to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Core Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields (IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent).
  
• 8+ ( not more than 15 years) of combined experience in AI/ML and software development.
• Proven track record of leading teams building end-to-end AI software products.
• Strong coding and system design expertise (Python, C++, Java, or equivalent).
• Experience in cloud-native architectures and scalable AI model deployment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Technical Expertise

• Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models).
• AI Agent Development & Multi-Agent Systems.
• Full-stack software development and product engineering.
• Distributed systems, model optimization, and scalable APIs.
• NLP, Computer Vision, and applied deep learning.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI and software deployment.

Preferred

• Experience shipping AI-driven SaaS products at scale.
• Prior work in startups or high-growth environments.
• Ability to balance cutting-edge AI research with practical software engineering.

Core Requirement

This is not a pure management roleyou must be hands-on in both AI model development and software engineering. Delegation alone is not sufficient; you must lead from the front technically across AI and product development.
