Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on detailed financial models and drafting credit reports. Strong financial analysis concepts and communication skills are essential for this role. Depending on the candidate's experience and alignment with the team's needs, the role may involve working as an individual contributor or as a team lead alongside 2-4 analysts.
Responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analysis of loan opportunities across various sectors and geographies, preparing concise and easy-to-read credit reports, developing detailed financial models, performing sensitivity analysis on projections for stress testing, identifying deal-specific covenants, conducting industry and market studies, and interacting with clients to address data gaps and inconsistencies.

The desired candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts, be able to draft credit reports, have at least 6 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills for engaging with Debt Directors, clients, and other stakeholders in the UK and/or US. Additionally, the candidate should exhibit personal drive, flexibility, creativity, result-driven mindset, responsibility, curiosity, teamwork, and fast learning ability. A hands-on attitude, willingness to understand the big picture, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment characterized by change and speed are also essential. An MBA/PGDM/CA/CFA from a reputed institute is preferred for this role.,
