Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, maintaining store appearance, and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, providing product information, handling returns and exchanges, and replenishing stock.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sales and product knowledge

- Communication skills and ability to handle transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
