As a Lead Generation Manager for SAP Implementation and Migration Projects at Oasys Tech Solutions, your role involves proactively identifying, qualifying, and generating new leads tailored for SAP projects. Your responsibilities extend to developing and executing lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing, focusing on organizations planning SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., ECC to S/4HANA), or new implementations.
You will be tasked with building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients seeking SAP transformation, ensuring a consistent flow of high-value opportunities for the sales team. Additionally, your role includes leading, mentoring, and managing the SAP sales team, setting clear targets for lead generation and conversion, especially for implementation and migration projects.

Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations is crucial to position Oasys Tech Solutions as the preferred partner for SAP implementation and migration projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their SAP transformation needs are thoroughly understood and addressed.
Monitoring and reporting on lead generation activities, pipeline health, and sales performance associated with implementation and migration projects will be part of your regular tasks. Utilizing sales analytics to forecast trends, adjust strategies, and ensure revenue targets are met is essential for success in this role.
Collaboration with SAP delivery and technical teams is necessary to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements for implementation and migration projects.
