Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in Statutory Audit/Statutory compliance from a Big 4 or leading consulting firm, with prior exposure to manufacturing clients.

Please note that only candidates with experience handling Indian manufacturing clients will be considered; experience limited to GCC/shared service clients will not meet the requirement.

This is an excellent opportunity to transition into an in-house finance role within a fast-growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute statutory audit engagements for manufacturing clients.
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Ind AS, the Companies Act, and applicable accounting standards.
• Evaluate and strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Review balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory authorities during audit and compliance activities.
• Support financial reporting, accounting policy implementation, and statutory compliance.
• Analyse financial statements and identify key business and financial risks.
• Assist in implementing best practices for finance processes and internal controls.
• Prepare management reports and support finance transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.
• Experience with Big 4 firms (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG) or reputed consulting firms is preferred.
• Must have audited manufacturing clients.
