• Procurement Specialists
• MEP Coordinators
• Business Development Executives
• Corporate Support Functions
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of fit-out and construction industry talent.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within agreed timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends.
