This role is basically 50% creating and 50% figuring out the marketing behind it all.

50% Video Editing & Content

• Edit Reels and short-form videos.
• Experiment with editing styles and creative formats.
• Turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch.

50% Everything Else in Marketing

• Create static posts and brainstorm campaign ideas.
• Explore ads, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Research trends and creators.
• Help with client communication and campaign execution.
• Work with Google Sheets because, yes, marketing has spreadsheets too.

We dont expect you to know everything. We do expect you to be curious enough to figure things out.

Youll work on real brands, pitch your ideas, experiment, make mistakes, hit creative blocks, and find ways around them.

Sometimes youll know exactly what youre doing. Sometimes youll have to Google your way through it.

Both are part of the process.

• You enjoy video editing and creating content.
• You want to explore marketing beyond just editing.
• You have ideas and arent afraid to share them.
• You can figure things out without needing a tutorial for every little thing.
• You communicate well in English and Hindi.
• You have basic knowledge of editing software, Canva, and social media.
• Youre willing to experiment, learn, and actually execute.
