Job Title: HR Manager – BPO Operations

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)

Shift: UK Shift (2 PM – 12 AM IST)

Experience: 10+ years (including 3+ years in HR leadership within BPO/ITES)

Role Overview:

Were looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. This strategic role focuses on employee engagement, attrition reduction, compliance, workforce planning, and partnering with operations to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume onboarding, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Drive retention initiatives, employee engagement programs, and attrition reduction strategies.
• Lead performance management, PIPs, and collaborate with L&D on employee development.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
• Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and HR operations through HRIS and analytics.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within BPO/ITES.
• Experience managing large employee populations, payroll, compliance, HRIS, and HR analytics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and strategic execution skills.
