Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract diverse talent. Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for career pages, social media, job boards, and internal communications. Coordinate and support virtual and in-person recruitment events, including career fairs and open houses. Manage and maintain the companys career website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and reflective of our culture. Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to produce compelling visual and written assets for recruitment campaigns. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of HR marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. Support the creation of internal communications that promote employee engagement and showcase company achievements.

Qualifications

A bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Previous experience (internship or volunteer) in marketing, communications, or HR is beneficial. Familiarity with employer branding concepts and talent acquisition strategies.
