Job Description

OG Web Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive (Online Bidder) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through online platforms, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and establishing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent communication skills, and experience in online bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities on various online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and more.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end online bidding process, from proposal submission to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and offer tailored IT service solutions, including web development, software solutions, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and marketing) to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitive offerings, and industry best practices to craft the best proposals.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep detailed records of bid activities, client interactions, and project progress in the CRM system.

Requirements:

    Proven experience in online bidding and business development, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other bidding portals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored IT solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in project management and client communication.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
