Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Business Planning & Analysis professional who brings a strong blend of financial planning, accounting depth, and investment industry understanding, to work closely with leadership on driving data-backed decision making.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, management accounting, and investment platform understanding, with end-to-end ownership of financial planning, MIS, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of management accounting, MIS, and monthly financial closing
• Build and drive annual operating plan, budgets, and long-term business plans
• 
  Develop financial models for the company and AIF schemes (revenue, P&L, cash flow)
• Lead variance analysis and scenario planning with actionable insights
• Prepare board decks, investor updates, and shareholder reporting
• Support capital raise modelling and address investor queries
• Work closely with Accounting, Operations, and Sales/Distribution teams for data accuracy
• Strong understanding and oversight of taxation and treasury
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects

Candidate Profile

Get Hired
• CA (must-have) / MBA from a reputed institution
• 5–10 years of experience
• Big 4 audit background (mandatory) with experience handling multiple entities
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting, and audit frameworks
• Exposure to investment/financial services industry (AIF experience preferred)
• Proven experience in MIS, financial planning, and business modelling
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate data into business insights
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
