Job Description
We are looking for AGM/ DGM - Legal
Qualification: LL.B/ LL.M
Minimum Experience: 15 Years
Industry: Manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong legal knowledge, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Contract Life Cycle.
- Ability to identify commercial and legal impacts in an agreement
- Ability to form Legal Opinion on RFP, RFQ and BD activities
- More than 15 years of relevant experience in handling Contract Management activities in a domestic and global environment.
- Possesses commercial acumen and hands-on experience working in a complex and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to quickly grasp dynamics related to business, markets, competitive landscape and products/ service offerings.
- Ability to work in a global cross-functional team environment.
- Advanced risk management, drafting and negotiation experience preferably in manufacturing Industry.
- Familiar with concepts, practices, policies and procedures facilitating day-to-day management of Contractual activities pertaining to client accounts.
- Risk management of large and complex Services Agreements
