Job Description
Quality Engineer -
Work location - Seethrampur Plant, Hyderabad
Coordinate with the Moulding, crimping to ensure that the Export process completed on time to meet delivery schedule. •
Coordinate with the Plant Team during the MPS Auditing. •
Providing training and guidance to the operator to perform RTL operation. •
Resolving the technical issues during RTL operation. •
Raising the breakdown call for Combined UTM and Laser Printer to Maintenance department. •
Plan and raise the Indent to Stores for packing material required for MPS packing of dispatch quantity. •
Providing the barcode label for carton packing as per ES 3249. •
Train the manpower for Export Packing Process to Ensure Final packaging meets the MPS Standards. • Alert the stores to fulfil the non-availability /shortage of stocks. •
Maintain and record the packing data in packing checklist. •
Preparing Quality Confirmation Test reports for each dispatch lot. •
