Role - Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - Quality
Work Location - Seethrampur Plant - Hyderabad
Total Experience - 5- 8 years
Should have preferable knowledge of Auto components, its operations & application.
Can identify and apply latest techniques in measurement, statistical analysis and quality assured processes.
Can conduct Statistical analysis to aid decision making relating to process/Product improvements.
Sound knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 7 QC Tools, Control Plan.
Documentation knowledge under IATF16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and TPM
Planning Man power for Inspection and Work allotment to meet day requirements
Conducting inspection on Finished Vehicles to meet customer requirements
New Projects Outgoing Vehicles Quality establishing
FTR Validation for Part Level Changes for EN Implementation

Analyzing defects related to quality on product using basic Quality tools
Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers.
Audit of various quality parameters through process & product audit.
Improving quality parameters like RPT, Dock audit
