National Head - Operations - Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily plant operations across all sites ensuring adherence to production schedules, output, and quality benchmarks.
• Drive standardization of operational processes and best practices across locations.
• Oversee ink formulation process efficiencies and plant-specific challenges
• To improve profitability by yield improvement, energy conservation, process time cycle reduction.
• Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
• Plan, lead, and execute key capital expenditure (CapEx) and cost-saving projects.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and supply chain teams on plant expansions, automation, energy optimization, or technology upgradation.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, decision-making skills and analytical thinking

- Certification in Six Sigma ( Black Belt)

• Effective interpersonal skills to resolve conflict, develop employees, and facilitate corrective action while fostering an environment that supports our values and philosophy
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and supply chain optimization

Key Performance Indicators' (KPI):

• Production throughput vs plan
• Manufacturing cost per unit
• Yield, rework, and rejection rate
• Lean implementation milestones (e.g., % OEE, downtime reduction)
• OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery
• Project completion vs timeline and ROI
• Safety incident rate and compliance score
