Job Description
Position: Manager - Administration at Omaxe
Location: New Chandigarh
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Ex-Defence experience will be given preference
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative activities.
- Oversee facility management services, including housekeeping, security, transportation, and maintenance.
- Coordinate logistics and courier services to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for office administration, safety protocols, and emergency response plans.
- Supervise staff performance and provide guidance on administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
