Our client is a growing investment management firm that pairs sharp decision-making with a disciplined, process-driven approach. The firm casts a wide net, then refines ideas through rigorous analysis, collaborative debate, and a systematic approach to evaluating risk and opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close cycle and related processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, prepaids, and complex cost allocations.
• Own real-time financial, management, and counterparty reporting and the associated data pipelines.
• Oversee treasury, accounts payable, and the travel and expense program.
• Optimize the firm's AI-native ERP and AI-native T&E/AP systems.
• Partner with business leaders on the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Prepare filings for operating taxes (sales & use, commercial rent).

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable operating in an extremely lean team.
• Demonstrable aptitude for process improvement.
• Fluent with AI tools.
• Strong Excel skills, plus SQL and/or Python.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial close cycles.
• Bachelor's/PG degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience.
