Sales Associate

Onboard Aero Consultant is a specialized consulting firm that provides strategic procurement and sales consulting services to aircraft component suppliers, airlines, and MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) worldwide. We are currently hiring a Procurement Sales Associates on behalf of a leading aircraft components supplier to drive sales and procurement operations with airlines and MROs..

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with airline procurement teams, MROs, and aviation industry clients .

Assess customer requirements and provide accurate quotations (RFQs) based on their needs.

Liaise with global aircraft component suppliers, negotiate, and establish cost-effective purchasing strategies.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in aircraft component sales.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements with airline customers.

Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft parts and components.

Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, compliance, and finance, to streamline procurement processes.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field.

1-3years of experience in procurement or sales in procurement or the aviation industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication skills
