Role Description

This is a contract hybrid role for a Business Data Analyst at Oncorre Inc. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for performing data analytics, data modeling, and statistical analysis. The role is located in India as hybrid, at any of our location Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida.

Recent experience in property and casualty insurance project.

Good knowledge on claims, policy life cycle, insurance, accounting.

Good to have - Reinsurance, AI

The role involves tasks such as business systems analysis, systems analysis, and defining business requirements.

Reviewing the Mapping documents from source to destination.

Leading the development team and making sure the deliverables are according to the acceptance criteria.

Leading large team, managers in building large scale, highly available distributed Data.

Strong experience in building production grade enterprise solutions.

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities
• Experience in defining and documenting business requirements
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• SQL Expert Level

Minimum Qualification: Working experience in Property and casualty insurance company And solid experience in PL/SQL
