• 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.

• Excel in meeting deadlines and delivering reliable results with minimal supervision

• Creating strong relationships with various teams and departments.
• Displaying a polite and professional manner at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer queries, working to a first resolution target and ensuring the customers expectations are always met.
