Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Doctor Acquisition) in South East Delhi. The key responsibilities include identifying potential doctors to onboard onto the platform, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves identifying market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets, and providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and negotiation
  • Proven expertise in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with doctors and stakeholders

    Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the healthcare domain, especially in networking with healthcare professionals, is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a bonus
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
