Very Effective Communications and strong negotiations skills.

Identify the ARC / NBFC’s foreign funds HNIS interested in funding and resolving NPA accounts.

Introducing NCPL to such lenders and creating collaboration with such organization.

Preparing teaser form to be shared with fund lenders to generate their interest.

Followup with the lenders and taking the discussion upto the stage of sanction / disbursement.

Handling team of 2 executives and who will assist in the analysis of financial statements and doing the leg work required.

Identifying, dealing and motivating panel associates to generate business.

Preparing an internal assessment note about the reasonable doability of the case with explanation.

Conducting meeting with the Private / Nationalised Banks / to procure the data of their NPA customers above 10 crores looking for debt resolution.

And any such other ancillary activity.

Banking Background preferred.

Should possess good contacts in banks.
