• Digital marketing strategy and execution
• B2B and B2C lead generation
• Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Performance marketing and paid campaigns
• SEO, SEM and PPC
  
• Social media strategy and management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X
• Landing page and conversion funnel optimization
• Campaign analytics, ROI, CPL, CAC and conversion tracking
• Influencer marketing and creator collaborations
• Website optimization, keyword research, competitor analysis and technical SEO
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs
• Email marketing, remarketing and marketing automation
• Digital PR, online brand reputation and corporate communications
• Market research, competitor analysis and identifying new digital growth opportunities
• CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot

Qualifications

Prefer candidates with experience in manufacturing, EV, electric vehicles, lithium batteries, automobile, energy, clean technology or technology companies.

Required Skills

Candidates should demonstrate team leadership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, strong communication skills, and ownership of digital growth and lead-generation outcomes.

Preferred Skills

Prioritize candidates who have both strategic management experience and strong hands-on execution capability, rather than candidates specializing only in social media, SEO, content, or graphic design.

Pay range and compensation package

Location preference: Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad / Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi, with willingness to work in Ghaziabad.
