Job Description
- As a Loan Underwriter for this role, you will be responsible for working on loan underwriting and completing daily targets or assignments. Your experience in US Mortgage Underwriting will be invaluable as you work on the 4 Cs - Credit, Capacity, Capital, and Collateral. You will also utilize your knowledge on Income Calculations (Wage, Self Employed, and other incomes) and Credit review including liability reconciliations and guideline requirements. Additionally, you will review Assets/Capital following guideline requirements and be proficient in LTV, CLTV calculations, PITI, and DTI calculations. Familiarity with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac guideline requirements, and Govt. loans such as FHA, VA, and USDA will be essential. Strong communication skills are a must for this role.
- Any degree with US Mortgage Underwriting experience
