Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client accounting records with accuracy and completeness
• Prepare/review monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for all accounting activities
• Assist in or independently handle preparation of financial statements

• Prepare/review GST/BAS filings and ensure compliance requirements are met
• Work on accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting related queries
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and reporting deadlines
• Manage end to end bookkeeping for assigned clients based on experience level
• Review accounting work and provide guidance to junior team members where applicable
• Handle client communication independently and address queries effectively
• Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CA qualified or CA Dropout with relevant practical experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Exposure to accounting, bookkeeping, or outsourced finance functions.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with MCA compliance and statutory filings.
