In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and consultative support for implementing the OPENTEXT Documentum product suite for our global customer base. Your tasks will include understanding customer requirements, conducting detailed technical designs, assessing the level of effort and implementation approach, performing installations, development, and integrations, as well as preparing technical documentation. You will collaborate with project managers and senior staff in consulting engagements to evaluate client needs, propose solutions, and ensure delivery quality. Additionally, you will offer guidance to junior staff members in resolving technical issues.
Your role will involve establishing relationships with client technical counterparts, participating in client meetings, assisting in proposal creation, conducting detailed designs, and performing installation, development, configuration, integration, and testing activities. You will also engage in code reviews, quality checks, reporting progress, and providing knowledge transfer to team members.
To succeed in this role, you should have proven expertise in at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure), hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud architecture principles, and relevant certifications in cloud technologies. Additionally, a strong background in Enterprise Content Management systems, desired experience in Documentum Content Server, and proficiency in programming using various technologies are essential. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are also crucial for this position.
