Job Description
- As the Head of Operations for IT Projects, Digital Marketing, and GCC, your role involves driving strategic planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, overseeing digital marketing initiatives, and managing the operational excellence of the Global Capability Center (GCC). Your responsibilities include:
**IT Project Operations:**
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across multiple business units.
- Define and implement project governance, frameworks, and best practices to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee project budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project performance metrics, risk management plans, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
**Digital Marketing Operations:**
- Oversee strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels.
- Build and manage a high-performing digital marketing team or vendor ecosystem.
- Develop data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Implement marketing analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Ensure brand consistency, audience targeting, and market positioning across digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies.

**GCC Operations:**
- Establish and manage the Global Capability Center to support technology, marketing, and operational functions.
- Develop operating models, organizational structures, and governance mechanisms for the GCC.
- Drive operational excellence, performance management, and continuous improvement across GCC teams.
- Manage budgets, compliance, and vendor contracts within the GCC.
- Build a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence within the GCC.
In addition to the above responsibilities, you will act as a bridge between executive leadership, IT, marketing, and GCC delivery teams to drive organizational goals. You are required to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 15+ years of experience in IT project management, digital marketing, or operations leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role. Preferred skills include certifications in project management, Agile/Scrum, or Digital Marketing, experience with marketing automation tools, and prior experience setting up or scaling a GCC for a multinational organization. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is based in Hyderabad with a work from the office arrangement.,
