Job Description
- You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and test cases for Duck Creek Billing system implementations. Your role will involve performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. You will need to identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems. Collaboration with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and resolve issues will be a key aspect of your job. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality. Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders will be an important part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices is crucial. Participation in agile development processes and contributing to continuous improvement will be expected. Conducting usability testing and providing feedback on user experience will also be part of your role. Monitoring and analyzing application performance to identify areas for improvement will be necessary.
The mandatory skills required for this role include 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance and 3+ years of experience with Duck Creek Billing system QA.
Nice to have skills include QA experience in Duck Creek Policy, Rating, Distribution Management System (DMS), and Duck Creek Digital.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Duck Creek Billing system QA is necessary. A strong understanding of insurance domain concepts is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills will be beneficial. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.,
