What youll do

• Run simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving commercial agreements
• Grade how the AI handles each contract scenario: what it gets right, the risks it misses and any errors in its analysis
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently when grading contract-review tasks
• Set out the legal reasoning behind each grade as practical, specific feedback the model team can act on

Who this is for

• 1–3 years of transactional legal experience in a law firm or in-house setting
• Hands-on experience with commercial agreements, such as master services agreements or nondisclosure agreements
• Strong written and verbal English communication, analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and consistent evaluation skills
