Job Role: Customer Support Executive Airline Process
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Note: Min 6 mon
Experienced Candidates
- CTC: 28,500
- In-Hand Salary: 24,000
Shift Timings
- Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (Starting from 7:00 AM, 24x7 coverage)
- Female Candidates: Day Shifts (Any 9 hours between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM)
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Service
- Must clear the Versant Test with a minimum score of 4

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, chats, and emails
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and airline policies
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex queries when necessary
- Assist with back-office tasks such as documentation and follow-ups
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
