Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Social Media Executive cum Marketing Executive to manage both digital and offline marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for building brand presence across social media platforms while also supporting ATL/BTL marketing execution, vendor coordination, POS management, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Social Media & Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, manage, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics; prepare reports on engagement, growth, and ROI.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong online community relationships.
- Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate with marketing, branding, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging.
B. Marketing & Branding Responsibilities (ATL/BTL):
- Manage Point of Sales (POS) materials including logistics, distribution, and coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of POS materials and branding assets.
- Support branding team in execution of ATL & BTL marketing activities.
- Plan and execute new product launch events, promotional activities, and marketing programs.
- Work closely with advertising agencies and partner agencies for marketing materials such as designs, collaterals, signages, and in-shop branding.
- Execute ATL/BTL campaigns through effective vendor management.
- Handle retail marketing assets deployment, maintenance, and updates.
- Manage marketing schemes in the market.
- Prepare monthly marketing and campaign expense reports.
- Oversee logistics, warehouse coordination, and stock management related to marketing materials.

Experience & Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
- 2- 4 years of experience in marketing and/or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions.
