Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (10+ years) with expertise in Lending Systems (corporate and SME loan origination) and Core Banking solutions (Finacle, RLS, Middleware, Risk Profiling). The role involves leading end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage banking technology projects, with strong focus on Finacle and lending systems integration.
- Oversee system integrations, data flow, and GL reconciliation between core and sub-systems.
- Manage stakeholders, communicate project status, risks, and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies effectively for project delivery.
- Optimize system performance to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Strong expertise in Lending Systems & Finacle.
- Bachelors in IT/CS/Business; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
