Legal Advisor - Real Estate - LLB/LLM

Role Overview:
As a Corporate and Real Estate Legal Advisor, you will serve as the primary legal point of contact for the firms investment activities and asset management operations. You will work closely with the investment team, external counsel, and regulatory bodies to structure complex transactions, conduct thorough due diligence, and ensure seamless compliance across all corporate filings. Your work will directly influence the firm's ability to execute deals efficiently, mitigate long-term legal exposure, and maintain the integrity of our real estate portfolio in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial contracts, lease agreements, and joint venture documents to protect the firms financial interests.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence on real estate assets, including title verification, encumbrance checks, and zoning compliance, to facilitate informed investment decisions.
- Manage corporate secretarial functions and ensure adherence to statutory requirements under the Companies Act for all group entities.
- Coordinate with external law firms and government authorities to resolve land disputes, regulatory hurdles, and litigation matters effectively.
- Advise internal stakeholders on evolving legal frameworks and policy changes that impact real estate development and corporate governance in India.
Required Skillset:

- Possess 2 - 5 years of professional experience in handling corporate law and real estate transactions, preferably within a law firm or an investment house.
- Demonstrate strong drafting capabilities with an ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable business terms.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to navigate negotiations with external partners and communicate effectively with senior management.
- Hold a degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a reputed institution with a solid understanding of property laws, RERA regulations, and corporate compliance.
- Maintain the ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
