Senior Finance Manager - CA

Our client is a JV between an MNC and a large Indian business conglomerate.
They have recently invested in a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit near Dundigal, Hyderabad.
We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager Finance and Accounts.
Reporting to the Director - Indian operations, we are looking for YOU to lead the entire F&A department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the financial strategy of the company.

- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure full transparency about the financial performance of the company.
- Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks promptly.
- Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
- Support the Business Head with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
- Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
- Manage IT - SAP related
- Should be able to manage & plan all the financial requirements of the company
- Must possess a level of technical acumen & experience in finance & building predictive models.
- Overall responsible for the total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, and Taxation.
Qualification & Experience
Education: A qualified Chartered Accountant with 12-15 years of experience, preferably with plant and corporate experience.
Knowledge of Indian and US Taxation
