Job Description
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain API and integration documentation.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Work with business and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly documented.
- Maintain project documentation using Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Support metadata and data governance activities.
- Use AI tools to improve documentation and analysis.
- Manage and maintain documentation in SharePoint Online.
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong experience in Requirements Gathering Analysis.
- API Integration Documentation.
- User Story Writing and Acceptance Criteria.
- Agile/Scrum and Backlog Grooming.
- Technical Writing and Documentation.
- Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Working experience with AI tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online.
