Associate Transaction Processing Consultant

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliation:
• Performing CASH and ASSET reconciliations.
• Accessing bank websites to download data.
• Formatting data into a standard template.
• Reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Using automated tools, MS Excel, or MS Access for reconciliation.
• Identifying and analyzing differences, escalating them for resolution.
• Documenting breaks during the reconciliation process.
• Investigating deviations.
• NAV Computation:
• Calculating NAV, P&L, and Total Return for Portfolios, sectors, and positions.
• Investigating NAV differences between Custodian and Investment Manager books.

Qualifications required for this role:

• 6 months to 24 months of experience in a captive unit, consultancy, or end-user organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Exposure to international capital markets (US/UK) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and systematic working approach.
• Comfort working with high volumes of numerical data.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good English oral & written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, self-motivation, and high energy levels.
• Open to a hybrid work model with the work location in Mumbai.
