Role Overview
Reporting To: Managing Director / Business Head
The Marketing & Sales Manager will drive business growth by generating and converting qualified leads, building strong relationships with architects, developers, and corporate clients, and strengthening Orange Elephants brand presence in the interior contracting and manufacturing space.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate interiors
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies
- Achieve assigned revenue and order-book targets
B. Client & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with architects, PMCs, developers, and consultants
- Drive repeat business and client referrals
C. Proposal & Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and factory teams for BOQs, costing, and proposals
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and clarifications
- Manage smooth handover from sales to execution teams post order closure
D. Marketing & Brand Support
- Support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, architect meets, digital campaigns, and corporate presentations
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback with leadership
E. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain CRM and lead-tracking systems
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports
- Track enquiry status, conversion ratios, and revenue forecasts

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or Architecture (preferred)
- 510 years of experience in interior contracting, fit-outs, furniture, building materials, or real-estate B2B sales
- Strong understanding of interior execution processes, costing, and commercial negotiations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
